Big Blue Enterpises has a trained technician available by phone from 9:15 am To 5:00 pm (eastern) Monday through Friday to provide technical assistance. Service Dept. 716-573-6341.

general Repair information

Should your Moor instrument become inoperative or if you believe there is a problem with it, please return the complete unit to the address below for service. When returning the unit include a note, with a return address, daytime phone number, check for $25 and a description of the problem.

The check is made out to Big Blue Enterprises, this cost is for the inspection of the unit and is figured in to the cost of the repair.

The problems with your unit can be in any one of the components that is needed for operation, this includes wires. We would recommend that you send in all parts necessary for the operation of your unit. This will allow our repair department to diagnose the failure of your unit with greater speed.

Once we have determined the cost of repairing your unit, we will call you with an estimate. We will not repair the unit until you respond to our service department. If you elect not to have the unit repaired, there will be a service charge of $25.00, which you pre-paid for labor for each unit,
(+ shipping). Repairs can be paid for by Master Card, Visa, COD or you can pay by check.
